For any question about your data, simply write to this address.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are not combined with other data and are only kept as long as necessary for these purposes.

Visitor statistics. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, this website uses Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and builds no profile. It records the page viewed, the referring page, the country and the type of device, browser and operating system. Visitors are told apart only by an anonymous code, computed from the request and discarded after 24 hours, so nobody can be recognised from one day to the next. Vercel Speed Insights also measures how quickly pages load (loading times, page, device type, country), likewise without cookies. The results are only seen as totals (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts and images are served from this website itself: no connection to Google Fonts or other font services is made.

The contact form is provided by Dubsado, Inc. (USA). The details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, wedding date, venue and message) are used to answer your request, check availability and prepare a quote and contract (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The same applies when you write by email.

To display the form at the right height, the contact page loads a small script from cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.), which receives your IP address.

Request data is kept as long as needed to handle the request. If a booking follows, contract and accounting records are kept for the period required by Swiss law (generally 10 years).

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies (the visitor statistics described in section 2 work without cookies), so there is no cookie banner.

The contact form, provided by Dubsado, may set technical cookies needed for it to work. These do not require consent.

Some blog articles contain TikTok videos. They are only loaded when you click “Load video”: TikTok then receives your IP address and may set cookies.

Links to Instagram and TikTok are ordinary links: no data is sent to these networks until you click them.

Vercel, Dubsado and Cloudflare may process data in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

You may ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of processing or a copy of your data in a common format, and you may object to processing or withdraw your consent. Just write to linh@dangdetoi.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch), in the EU the data protection authority of your country.
